Returns & Refunds

At FEEL AT HOME, INC., we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If an eligible purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return according to the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned merchandise should:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be clean and suitable for resale
  • Include original packaging where applicable
  • Include all original parts and accessories
  • Not have been modified or altered
  • Not show damage caused after delivery
  • Include valid order information

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Items Not Generally Eligible for Return

The following items may be excluded from our standard return policy:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Final-sale merchandise
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used or altered
  • Items damaged through improper handling or use

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received, the product will be inspected.

If the return meets the applicable requirements, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 Business Days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If the issue resulted from an incorrect shipment, verified product defect, or damage during transit, we will review the circumstances and provide appropriate instructions.
